Calendars
The District uses several calendars to communicate information in multiple ways and to multiple groups. To ease the confusion of the different calendars, we have detailed the specific functions of each calendar below.
The District Calendar is an all-encompassing calendar that includes all district functions and scheduled events. This calendar includes Activities, as well as building events, district wide functions, and meetings of the Board of Education.

The Academic Calendar is created annually, and is a quick glance at the year, providing important dates for planning and scheduling purposes. The Academic Calendar is approved by the Board of Education before it is published.

The Activities Calendar is actually a hosted site, affiliated with the WaMac Conference, and is used by coaches and the activities department to schedule activities, events, and practices. This site provides team-specific calendars, rosters, scores and standings, etc., etc. Parents and students may find this site helpful for more detailed information regarding the events they are involved in.
