2023-24 Registration Night

Dear Grinnell-Newburg Families: 

The District will be holding a Registration Night on Tuesday, August 1st from 4:00-7:00 p.m. in the High School cafeteria. Assistance will be available to help families complete all forms including FRAM, Bus transportation, English Language Assistance, Activities, Parent Portal, etc.

 

Please bring the following paperwork with you for registration:  

  • Immunization Records
  • Birth Certificates
  • Physical Forms 
  • Kindergarten - physical, dental, and vision forms are required

Continue to contact our Registrar's office outside of registration night with questions and/or assistance needs. 

 

Here is a message from our Food Service Director: 

Grinnell-Newburg CSD participates in the National School Lunch Program and School Breakfast Program. Through these programs, students have access to free and reduced-price reimbursable meals. Families who wish to participate in free/reduced meals must enroll or re-enroll each year. 

The application for the school year 2023-2024 is available now. Use the following link to access the  FAQ sheet, application, and application instructions (scroll down to Free and Reduced Applications for individual links). A paper copy of the application can be requested at any school office or the district office. You can also apply online through your Infinite Campus Parent Portal. If you qualify for free or reduced-price meals, you could qualify for free or reduced instructional fees. To apply for reduced fees, the attached waiver form should be submitted with your application.

Transportation

Will your student(s) be riding the bus before/after school?  

Remember to submit your Transportation Request form through our website, here!
